We are seeking a passionate individual to join our team at Lynwood & Co in the role of Cook. Located in the picturesque Cotswolds, this position is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional food experiences while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for our community.

Responsibilities

Ensure all food is produced in compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient kitchen environment. Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Contribute to a positive team culture focused on quality service. Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food production and preparation within a professional kitchen. Experience with Sourdough essential Strong culinary skills with a passion for cooking. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Familiarity with restaurant operations is beneficial.
