Summary

We are seeking a passionate Head Baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods that align with our commitment to quality and freshness. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing our menu and delighting our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. Ensure all products meet quality standards for taste and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create new recipes and menu items. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering supplies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food preparation methods. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Creativity in developing new recipes is a plus.
