Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our London production site on the night shift.
Your mission will be to produce a variety of high-quality gluten-free breads and contribute to our forward-thinking approach to artisan baking.

Main Responsibilities

Produce a range of gluten-free sourdough loaves, baguettes, and specialty breads Oversee all phases of bread making: mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking Ensure consistent quality and respect for Copains' production standards Work closely with the pastry and viennoiserie teams to maintain smooth coordination Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and safety rules

Required Profile

Previous professional experience in baking, ideally with sourdough or artisan methods Solid understanding of fermentation and production workflows Ability to work independently and efficiently during night hours Precision, reliability, and a strong eye for quality Team-oriented mindset and motivation to grow within the company Availability for night shifts is essential
