Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our London production site on the night shift. You will take part in producing our range of gluten-free breads while ensuring quality, consistency, and efficient workflow.

Main Responsibilities

Produce gluten-free breads: sourdough loaves, baguettes, and specialty items Manage all steps of the process: mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking Follow production standards and ensure consistent product quality Coordinate with pastry and viennoiserie teams when needed Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Candidate Profile

Professional experience in baking (artisan or sourdough experience appreciated) Good understanding of fermentation and bread-making techniques Reliable, precise, and able to work independently during night hours Strong sense of organisation and quality Team-oriented and motivated to grow within the company Availability for night shifts is required
