Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and creating high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. All positions are paid, including internships, and prior experience is not essential but beneficial.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. Handle food safety procedures diligently, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times. Take customer orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and provide friendly service to enhance the customer experience. Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals as required. Manage multiple orders during busy periods with excellent time management skills to minimise wait times. Maintain a clean and organised work station, including cleaning equipment and utensils regularly. Uphold health and safety regulations in accordance with company policies and food safety standards. Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Previous

barista experience

is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Knowledge of

food safety

standards is desirable. Experience in

serving

customers with professionalism and courtesy. Basic

food preparation

skills are preferred. Good

time management

skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic

maths

skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment. A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills. Pay: 80.00-100.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
