We are seeking an energetic and passionate Head Barista to lead our cafe team and elevate the customer experience. Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the barista team to deliver exceptional coffee, food, and beverage service with enthusiasm and professionalism Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening, closing, and shift management to ensure smooth workflow Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ensure accurate cash handling, cashiering, and POS (Point of Sale) transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly Manage inventory levels, monitor product quality, and coordinate food preparation to meet high standards Train team members on coffee brewing techniques, serving procedures, and POS systems while promoting a positive work environment

Experience

Proven barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee brewing methods and cafe operations Demonstrated leadership skills in a retail or food service setting, with experience managing or supervising teams Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling practices, and proper food preparation techniques Ability to perform basic math for sales transactions, retail math calculations, and cash handling accurately Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and proactive approach to guest satisfaction
