At Cremma, we are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Your role will involve not only the preparation of drinks but also ensuring that our cafe maintains a warm and inviting atmosphere for all customers.

Responsibilities

As a Head Barista, your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals. Participate in food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and presented well. Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance the overall experience for guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A genuine passion for coffee and customer service is highly desirable.

Pay: From 12.20 per hour
