Job Type: Full-time (5 days a week) Monday to Friday

Hours:
6:30 AM - 3:00 PM - 40 hours per week minimum
10:00 AM - 6:30 PM - 40 hours per week minimum

Job Overview:

We are looking for friendly and reliable team members to join our coffee shop! As a Head Barista, you will be responsible for making coffee, smoothies, juices, preparing sandwiches, and ensuring smooth daily operations, including opening and closing the shop. If you have a passion for great coffee, excellent customer service, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages Make fresh sandwiches and light food items Greet and assist customers with orders, providing excellent service Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the counter, seating area, and kitchen. Handle cash and card transactions accurately Open and close the cafe, ensuring all equipment is properly set up in the morning and cleaned at the end of the day Monitor stock levels and restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements:

Previous experience in a coffee shop, cafe, or similar role is a plus, but training will be provided Ability to work early mornings and be punctual Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Friendly, customer-focused attitude with good communication skills Attention to detail and willingness to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

No phone use during the shift.
