Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient

Barista

to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and light food items in an OUTDOOR environment. This role offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant outdoor environment, engaging with customers and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. minimum of 3-5 years Prior experience is essential, training will be provided. A strong focus on food safety, time management, and attention to detail is essential for success in this position.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist customers with menu selections and provide friendly, attentive service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards at all times. Restock supplies as needed, including coffee beans, cups, lids, and condiments. Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations. Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods by prioritising tasks effectively. Follow company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and customer service standards.

Experience

Previous experience as a

Barista

or Manager is needed with minimum of 3 years. Knowledge of

food safety

practices is desirable. Experience in

serving

customers in a fast-paced environment is beneficial. Basic skills in

food preparation

are preferred. Competence in

basic maths

for handling transactions accurately is required. Strong

time management

skills to ensure prompt service during busy periods are essential. This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your skills while providing excellent service to our valued customers.

Pay: 12.21-15.00 per hour
