Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Barista / restaurant Supervisor to join our team.

You will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience by preparing high-quality beverages and providing outstanding service. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised workspace while adhering to food safety standards. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks. Greet guests as they arrive and escort them to their table. Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen and bar staff. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, ensuring that dishes and glassware are cleared promptly. Ensure all food preparation meets health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including equipment, utensils, and seating areas. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours. Assist customers with their orders, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have. Handle till transactions accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide help where needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant service or as a Barista is essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: 30,000.00-36,000.00 per year
