Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and will also support with table service. As a head Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness in the cafe, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Support with table service, clearing and serving Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are adhered to at all times during food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness of the cafe, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas. Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions about menu items, and provide recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic math skills. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours while maintaining quality standards. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.

Requirements

Previous barista experience is preferred Latte Art Skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is advantageous. Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing orders. Excellent time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 13.00-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
