Saturdays optional for events
About the Role
You'll run the van like your own small coffee shop on wheels.
You'll be responsible for:
Opening, running and closing the van daily
Making high-quality drinks on our lever-pull vintage Italian Gaggia Visacrem(full training provided)
Using our EPOS system
Delivering friendly, consistent customer service
Weekly stock checks
Taking the van home each day and parking it safely
Ordering/holding small amounts of stock at home (with main stock in Newark)
Weekly Friday check-ins with the business
Training/trial shifts are paid for candidates who take on the role after trial.
What You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
Full, clean UK driving licence
Safe parking space at home
for the van
Barista experience
(espresso at minimum; speciality preferred)
Level 2 Food Hygiene
(or willing to complete immediately)
Confident using EPOS/till systems
Comfortable working outdoors, early starts, and busy rushes
Legal right to work in the UK
