Summary

We are seeking a talented Barista to join our team at Bear Coffee Company Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing outstanding customer service in a vibrant cafe environment. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and create memorable experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages according to company standards. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, including workstations and dining areas. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest standards of hygiene. Manage inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies effectively. Assist in training new staff members on beverage preparation and customer service techniques.

Requirements

Experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Understanding of food safety practices is essential.

Pay: 12.75-13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
