The Role:
Full-Time or Part-Time Barista
Location: Saffron Walden
Pay: 13-18 per hour (depending on experience)
Start date: As soon as we find you
What We're Looking For:
Barista and hospitality experience
You've worked in a customer-facing role, are capable of crafting a beautifully presented coffee, and you know how to make people feel welcome.
Love of coffee
You're excited by the art of making a perfect flat white, can dial in a coffee machine and pour beautiful latte art.
Great with people
Friendly, reliable, and positive, you bring good energy to every shift!
Team player
You know that great service comes from working together, pitching in, and keeping standards high.
Pride in your work
From latte art to a spotless counter, you care about the details that make the coffee shop experience special.
What You'll Be Doing:
Crafting consistently excellent coffee and drinks Delivering warm, genuine service to every customer Supporting the team and keeping things running smoothly Helping maintain the space so it always looks and feels welcoming
