Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and smoothies. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Assist with food preparation, ensuring that all items are fresh and presented attractively. Provide excellent customer service by taking orders accurately and efficiently. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service. Keep the workspace clean and organised, including equipment maintenance and stock management. Engage with customers to create a friendly environment, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations.

Experience

Previous barista experience A solid understanding of food safety practices is required to maintain compliance with health regulations. Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours. A passion for coffee culture and a desire to learn more about beverage preparation techniques will be highly regarded.
