We're looking for a hands-on Head Barista/Supervisor to help lead our small, friendly team. You'll be on the bar, on the floor, and in the background making sure everything runs smoothly
What you'll do
-Deliver consistently great coffee and warm, efficient service
-Open/close the shop, cash up, and handle daily checks
-Train and coach baristas; maintain service and cleanliness standards
-Manage stock, place/receive orders, reduce waste
-Handle customer queries and feedback with care
-Support basic food prep and compliance (allergens, HACCP)
What you'll bring
-Coffee/restaurant supervisory experience (independent or high-street)
-Confident on espresso bar
-Calm under pressure, great communicator, team-first attitude
-Reliable, punctual, and organised
-Level 2 Food Safety (or willingness to complete on the job)
