In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing both the customer experience and daily operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys high-quality beverages and baked goods in a welcoming environment. Your commitment to quality and service, combined with strong attention to detail, will be essential as you manage product quality checks, packaging, and logistics for smooth operations.
Full training on bakery-specific practices and products will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage & Product Preparation
: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee and tea, along with bakery items, ensuring consistency and quality in every order.
Quality Control
: Perform quality checks on all baked goods and beverages, upholding our standards in taste, appearance, and freshness.
Customer Engagement
: Create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere by interacting warmly with customers, accurately taking orders, and providing information about our products.
Packaging & Presentation
: Oversee the packaging of cakes and other items, ensuring they are attractively and securely prepared for customers, whether for dine-in or take-away.
Store Operations & Cleanliness
: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and creating a pleasant environment for both customers and staff.
Inventory Management
: Monitor and manage inventory levels, coordinating restocking efforts to ensure supplies are available and service is uninterrupted.
Cash Handling & Till Management
: Process transactions accurately, manage cash handling, and ensure the till balances at the end of the day.
Operations & Logistics
: Coordinate with suppliers, oversee deliveries, and manage logistics to support smooth daily operations and efficient customer service.
