We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Duties

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations. Manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements as necessary. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new kitchen personnel.

Experience

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry. Strong background in food production and preparation techniques. Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively, promoting teamwork and collaboration. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen management. A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests. Knowledge of current food trends and dietary restrictions is advantageous.
