THE ROLE

The Head Barman + Floor Supervisor leads bar operations while supporting floor coordination during busy periods. This is a multi-skilled leadership role combining premium cocktails, bar management, guest engagement and FOH support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead bar operations and ensure premium cocktail standards Support floor supervision and guest flow during peak periods Assist Hosts with seating, pacing and table management Train Waiter/Bar Support on bar routines and drink running Maintain stock levels, order supplies and manage inventory Ensure bar hygiene, preparation, setup and closing procedures Contribute to daily service briefings and shift handover notes Engage guests confidently with strong product knowledge

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

2-4 years bartending experience in premium venues Strong mixology and recipe development background Experience managing or supervising FOH teams Excellent communication and guest-handling Knowledge of POS systems (ToastTab a plus)
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT

Successful candidates may be required to complete a Basic DBS check.
