Head Bartender

for our location in

London - Mayfair

Requirements:

Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of drink preparation and service Excellent hospitality skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Previous restaurant experience (high end) and effective time management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the Bar staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations. Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Train and mentor new Bar team members on restaurant protocols and customer interaction. Utilize strong communication skills to enhance team dynamics and guest experiences.
