Head Bartender

to join the team at

The Princess Royal

, our celebrated pub and dining room in the heart of Notting Hill. With two exquisite bars, Mediterranean flair, a focus on sustainability, and regular supplier events - this is a dream role for a bartender with talent, taste, and ambition.

The Role

As

Head Bartender

, you'll be the face of the bar, curating drinks, setting standards, and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

Craft and serve exceptional cocktails, wines, and premium spirits Support the Bar Manager with day-to-day running of service Train, mentor, and lead the bar team to deliver best-in-class hospitality Keep stock, hygiene, and prep systems immaculate and efficient Bring energy, creativity, and product knowledge to every shift Engage with guests and help make the bar a true destination

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a premium bar or hospitality environment Excellent cocktail knowledge and a passion for drinks Confident, friendly, and professional presence behind the bar Strong team player who leads by example A natural flair for customer service and storytelling Ambition to develop within a growing company
