Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for our guests by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the bar area, ensuring cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards while showcasing your hospitality skills.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organised bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol and ensure responsible service at all times. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene practices and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Attend bi-weekly management and menu development meetings.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cocktail bartending Strong knowledge of various beverages, cocktails, and food safety practices. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for the abar industry and a desire to help create memorable experiences for guests.
