pub in the heart of Mayfair. This iconic site combines rich heritage with contemporary flair, and we're looking for a charismatic, talented bartender to lead our bar team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.


As Head Bartender, you'll be at the forefront of our drinks programme - from perfectly poured pints to creative seasonal cocktails and our growing focus on low & no-alcohol innovation. You'll have a passion for service, deep product knowledge, and the ability to energise a team with your leadership and charm.


? What We're Looking For:
A confident, experienced bartender with a strong background in premium hospitality Excellent spirits, cocktail, wine & beer knowledge Natural leadership qualities and team motivation skills Passion for creating memorable guest experiences Organised and calm under pressure with strong stock and rota knowledge A flair for training and mentoring junior bartenders
