We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing the bar area, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests.

Duties

Create and develop cocktails for this new bar Train and mentor bar staff in techniques to provide a great service Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies and equipment. Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking orders and making recommendations based on their preferences. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service.

Requirements

Previous bartending experience in a premium venue with a focus on cocktails and spirits Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. . Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
