We are looking for Bar Supervisor to join our fantastic team at Morston Hall. Here you will get to work at a culinary institute whose hotel holds 4 AA Red Stars and whose restaurant currently has 4 AA Rosettes and has held a Michelin Star for the last 27 years. You will get to experience a daily changing five course menu featuring top quality local and international produce, a wide and varied wine list, as well as a charming historical building. Position Summary



We are seeking a knowledgeable, detail-oriented

Bar Supervisor

to support and lead daily bar operations in a Michelin-star environment. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for beverages, and a dedication to delivering world-class service. The Bar Supervisor works closely with management to maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities



Supervise daily bar operations to ensure flawless service and adherence to Michelin-level standards Lead, mentor, and support bartenders and the Food & Beverage Team Ensure consistency in cocktail preparation, presentation, and service Maintain deep knowledge of spirits, wine, cocktails, and beverage pairings Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control Uphold cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards at all times Monitor guest experience at the bar and address concerns with professionalism and discretion Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless service Assist with staff training and onboarding Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and company policies

Qualifications



2+ years of bar leadership experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar techniques Proven leadership and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment Professional appearance and demeanor Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in Michelin-starred or award-winning restaurants Sommelier or advanced spirits certifications Experience with craft cocktail programs or luxury beverage concepts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
