Head Brewer

to lead our brewing operations in the heart of Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins at a well-established independent brewery with a loyal following and a thirst for bold, flavour-driven beer.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for modern, uncompromising craft beer and wants to push boundaries while maintaining exceptional quality and consistency.

What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of the brewing process -- from recipe design to packaging. Manage and mentor the brewing team. Ensure quality control at every stage of production. Drive innovation, seasonal releases, and one-off collaborations. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and taproom teams to align brewing output with brand and market goals. Maintain all necessary compliance, safety, and cleanliness standards.
What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of professional brewing experience, with leadership or head brewer experience preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing science, processes, and equipment. A creative mind and a solid palate -- you're as excited by hops, malt, and yeast as we are. Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. A passion for independent beer and a love for the Bristol scene.
