Our Client is seeking an exceptional

Permanent, Full-Time Head Chef

to lead the culinary operations of our prestigious

5-star luxury hotel located in London's W1 district

About the Role

As Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, presentation, and service across multiple dining outlets. You will lead, inspire, and mentor a talented brigade while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and consistency expected of a world-class establishment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day running of all hotel kitchens Develop innovative, seasonal menus aligned with the hotel's luxury brand Manage and train a high-performing kitchen team Drive quality, consistency, and creativity across all culinary offerings Oversee stock control, budgeting, and supplier relationships Ensure full compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef (or Executive Sous Chef ready to step up) within a 5-star hotel environment - essential

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams Exceptional culinary skills with a refined, modern approach to luxury dining Excellent understanding of current food trends, premium ingredients, and guest expectations at a luxury level Strong organisational and financial management abilities

Must have full Right to Work in the UK - this is mandatory
