. Now, we're looking for an experienced
Head Chef
to lead our kitchen and take our brunch offering to the next level.
This is a chance to
design and launch a brand-new brunch menu
- elevating classics like avo toast, tartines, quiches, deli plates and salads with
premium ingredients, creative flair, and elegant presentation
.
What You'll Be Doing
Menu Creation:
Build a fresh, diverse brunch menu with both timeless classics and exciting, creative twists.
Premium Standards:
Source top-quality ingredients, build supplier relationships, and maintain consistency.
Team Leadership:
Manage and inspire a small kitchen team (across 2 sites) with clear communication and high standards.
Beautiful Presentation:
Elevate every dish visually as well as in taste - think cafe food meets fine dining.
Smooth Operations:
Ensure efficient brunch service for 40-80 covers, with a focus on quality, speed, and upselling.
Hands-On Cooking:
Deliver well-presented dishes daily - from toasties and quiches to seasonal salads and brunch specials.

Strict Requirements (please only apply if you meet these)
- Minimum
2 years' experience as a Head Chef
- At least
2 years' experience in British cuisine
- Proven ability to
lead a team of 3+ staff
- Strong
menu development skills
with brunch/breakfast background
- Confident producing
toasties, quiches, salads, deli plates, tartines
etc.
- Own transport (for travel between Ascot & Windsor)
