Summary

We are seeking a talented Head Chef to join our dynamic team at Freespirit Pubs in the UK. This pivotal role will contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional dining experiences and outstanding service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain consistency and excellence. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards. Develop innovative menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and culinary trends. Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and catering services. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain kitchen efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong culinary skills with a passion for food production and presentation. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards. Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menu concepts. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and management.
