Are you a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef with experience looking for a new opportunity with social hours? If so, we are looking for you! Due to the opening of our new Boardwalk Social in Donaghadee, we're excited to expand our team. If you are looking for a company where you can grow and develop, Boardwalk is the place for you.

To give you the lowdown - We are Boardwalk, a small brunch and specialty coffee shop based in the heart of Bangor, with a new location opening in Donaghadee. We use 3fe as our coffee supplier and source from great local food suppliers for our brunch items.

Delicious coffees, beautiful brunches, and making our customers feel at home is what we're all about. Our aim is to put hospitality back into the hospitality industry! While the pace is fast, the vibe is fun, and we live for brunch and love great coffee! The perfect candidate will have a great eye for detail when plating food, take pride in the workplace, and maintain existing kitchen standards.

This is an opportunity for the right person to grow alongside the business as we have huge growth plans, including our new Boardwalk Social in Donaghadee. You will have the ability to express your creativity, and your ideas may help shape the future of Boardwalk.

What we need from you:

Maintain a positive, can-do attitude at all times Ensure a high standard of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness, even when working alone Help create a delicious and beautiful brunch menu Have a great set of plating skills; be able to present food in a beautiful way, as we believe people eat with their eyes first

We expect our opening hours to be 9am-5pm, 7 days a week, with potential changes during busy summer periods. We expect the candidate to be flexible.
