The Role
As Head Chef, you will:
Design and deliver menus that combine pub classics with innovative dishes.
Source and champion fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients.
Lead, inspire, and manage a small kitchen team.
Oversee stock control, ordering, and food GP management.
Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and consistency.
Work closely with management to create a thriving food-led pub experience.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced as a Head Chef or Senior Sous looking for the next step.
Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and flavour.
A strong leader with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Organised, reliable, and financially aware.
Enthusiastic about contributing ideas and shaping the food offering.
