We're looking for a new head Chef to join our team at Drip! Since opening Drip we have been committed to serving our customers only the best and now we want to expand that further. At Drip we are all about community and recently we have expanded our family further with the opening of BLOK and Juko as well as the start of our new venture into Drip Late evenings. Our menu is expanding and so is our passion for food, service and creativity. Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
helping developing new dishes to keep elevating the brand
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
Manage food inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends.
Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order.
Experience
Proven experience an a senior Chef postion or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary best practices.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is essential.
A passion for cooking and creativity in menu development is highly desirable.
