We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Duties

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment while ensuring high standards of performance. Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards throughout the kitchen. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service excellence. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs to optimise profitability. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated team management skills. Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices. Proficient in food preparation and cooking methods across various cuisines. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Excellent leadership abilities with effective communication skills. Previous restaurant experience is essential; experience in high-volume kitchens is preferred. A passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences through creativity and attention to detail.
