What You'll Do as a Head Chef:

Work closely with the management team to smash restaurant goals. Lead the guest experience by ensuring every dish is cooked to perfection--hot, fresh, and full of flavour. Maintain top-tier cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards. Create a fun, motivating team environment where people grow and thrive. Be commercially savvy--use profit & loss insights to make smart decisions and drive efficiency.
