Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Hotel in Buckingham which serves an all fresh food menun to AA rosette level.This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property. The Hotel serves a Modern British Seasonal Menu. You will manage the kitchen for service along with functions/celebrations, room service, breakfast and events. The role is 45 hours per week 5 days from 7.
