Head Chef - Excellent New Job Opportunity with Popular Hotel
Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their popular Hotel in Buckingham which serves an all fresh food menun to AA rosette level.This is an opportunity for a Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef to take the next step in their career and manage an already popular and busy property. The Hotel serves a Modern British Seasonal Menu. You will manage the kitchen for service along with functions/celebrations, room service, breakfast and events. The role is 45 hours per week 5 days from 7.
Salary & Benefits

  • Salary to 42.5 plus tips worth 3k

The Role
  • Working closely with the General Manager and Front of House Team
  • Producing Fresh Cooked Food using seasonal products
  • Manage, Coach, Train and develop the brigade
  • Managing GP targets
The Person
  • Already working as a Head Chef or Sous on promotion
  • Excellent Communicator & People person
  • Experience of Fresh Food kitchen
  • Good Kitchen manager and hands on chef
