As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen
team and help shape the next chapter of The Brothers Supper story.
The Role
This is an exciting strategic role for a chef who truly loves what they do. You'll take
ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations, lead and develop a small but passionate
team, and work closely with our founders on menu innovation and seasonal design.
You'll have the autonomy to run your kitchen your way -- with the support of a
leadership team who understand and respect the craft, and the opportunity to directly
influence the business's culinary direction.
Key Responsibilities
? Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation,
cooking, and presentation.
? Lead, train, and inspire your team to maintain high standards and a positive
kitchen culture.
? Develop and design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients, local produce,
and modern culinary trends.
? Manage stock control, supplier relationships, and ordering to ensure cost-
effective operations.
? Maintain full compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
? Collaborate with front-of-house and events teams to deliver seamless service
across weddings, events, and pub dining.
? Uphold consistency and quality across all dishes, ensuring every plate meets
The Brothers Supper standard.
What We're Looking For
? Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to step up.
? Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and creating memorable dining
experiences.
? A natural leader -- able to motivate, mentor, and develop kitchen staff.
? Organised and calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
? Confident managing costs, stock, and compliance requirements.
? Creative flair for menu design and presentation.
