Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation. Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training to ensure optimal performance. Develop innovative menus that reflect current trends while catering to customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Maintain high standards of hospitality by fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Experience

Proven experience in a Head Chef or similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Demonstrated ability in team management, with experience supervising kitchen staff effectively. In-depth understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is essential. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
