We are seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a small, high-quality contract catering site in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and hands-on Chef who values work-life balance and enjoys producing fresh, seasonal food.
The Role:
Oversee all aspects of the kitchen operation
Design and deliver delicious, well-balanced menus with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients
Manage food safety, compliance, and kitchen hygiene to the highest standards
Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless service experience
Lead, develop, and inspire a small kitchen team
About You:
Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Background in contract catering or fresh food kitchens
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Passionate about quality, presentation, and innovation in food
Comfortable working independently on a small site
