Duties

Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor kitchen performance, making adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and quality.

Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment.
