Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards within the kitchen environment. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked at all times. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Monitor food costs and waste management to maintain profitability while upholding quality standards. Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and professional development among kitchen staff.

Experience

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques across various cuisines. Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
