As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, while fostering a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and training as needed Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency and quality Develop and design innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to maintain operational efficiency Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience Conduct regular performance evaluations of kitchen staff, promoting professional development Needs to be flexible with weekend availability
