Head Chef - Fresh Italian Food - Milton Keynes - 55k +

We are looking for a Head Chef for this beautiful Italian Restaurant set in a great location. The Restaurant is very busy with over 120 covers and has a great reputation for both its food and hospitality.

With a stable kitchen team and a brilliant General Manager, we are looking for a Head Chef who can deliver great food and run a tight kitchen operation.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading a team of 12 chefs Leading from the front with energy, structure and passion Managing all BOH operations, stock, suppliers and systems Ensuring consistent delivery of fresh, high-quality food Driving a strong kitchen culture where people love to work
If you're a Head Chef with a love of fresh food, you can handle volume and you're well organised, we would love to hear from you.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
