A high-energy, fresh food restaurant in Edinburgh is looking for a Head Chef to lead its kitchen team.
What You'll Do:
- Lead a fast-paced, fresh food kitchen.
- Maintain high standards in food quality and presentation.
- Train and develop a strong kitchen team.
- Manage stock, hygiene, and health & safety.
- Up to 44,000 + Paid Overtime
