We're on the hunt for a Kitchen Manager to run the show behind the scenes. You'll be the engine of the kitchen - leading your team, maintaining standards, and delivering every dish exactly to spec. If you've got a cool head, a sharp eye for detail, and thrive in a high-energy environment, this is your chance to take the lead.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Leading and managing all kitchen operations, from prep to pass Overseeing BOH team scheduling, training, and development Ensuring every dish is prepped and plated to brand spec and quality Driving stock control, ordering, and minimising waste Ensuring the highest food safety and cleanliness standards every day Creating a fun, supportive, and high-performance kitchen culture Working closely with the GM and FOH team to deliver a seamless guest experience Inspiring your team to bring energy, efficiency, and great teamwork every shift

YOU'LL SMASH THIS ROLE IF YOU:

Have strong experience managing or supervising a busy kitchen team Lead by example and know how to motivate and grow your crew Thrive in high-energy, high-volume service environments Balance quality, speed, and consistency under pressure Know how to manage costs, control stock, and hit kitchen KPIs Are confident in training, coaching, and creating a positive kitchen culture Want to be part of a fast-growing brand with big ambitions Bring serious passion to every shift - for food, for people, and for good times
