An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Head Chef to join the team at Harveys Bar/Kitchen to lead the dynamic team in Harveys Holmfirth.

As head chef you will be expected to manage, train and nurture your team, offering guidance and support where necessary.
This is a leadership role requiring strong supervisory skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Your duties will include but are not limited to

Stock ordering and control, ensuring the correct levels are maintained for busy periods as well as decreasing for quieter periods Responsible for Health & safety, always keeping staff safe. Responsible for hygiene compliance, always maintaining the company standard of 5 stars. Control and direct the food preparation processes in a cost-effective and timely manner Organising correct staff shifts and scheduling rotas to meet the demands of the business Working in and with the senior management team to meet revenue objectives Maintain records of payroll and attendance
