As Head Chef, you'll be responsible for:
Designing and delivering an exciting, seasonal menu that reflects your creativity.
Leading and inspiring the kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards.
Managing food costs and ensuring strong
gross profit (GP) performance
.
Maintaining excellent kitchen standards in line with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
Working closely with the management team to develop new ideas and keep our food offering fresh and competitive.

Demonstrated experience in managing kitchen operations efficiently.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Strong leadership qualities, capable of motivating and inspiring team members.
