We are a well-established Indian restaurant known for delivering authentic flavors, regional specialties, and high-quality dining experiences. We are now seeking a Head Chef with expertise in Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team and take our menu to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all kitchen operations with a focus on authentic Indian cuisine
Design, plan, and update menus with traditional and innovative Indian dishes
Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality in every dish served
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation standards
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance
Manage inventory, control food costs, and ensure efficient stock levels
Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head Chef / Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and regional cooking methods
Ability to create authentic and creative dishes across North & South Indian styles (desirable)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
