Head Chef - 70k + KPI Bonus - New Opening
We're looking for a Head Chef with real pedigree - classically French trained, sharp on the numbers, and passionate about running a kitchen where quality and consistency are non-negotiable.
What are we looking for?
A French-trained chef with strong classical foundations. Highly organised and confident leading from the front. Commercially sharp - you'll know your way around purchasing, GP, and labour budgets. Able to balance volume with quality, building the right team around you. A natural leader who can motivate, train and get the best from your brigade
