Job Description

Paaji's Nottingham is looking for an experienced Head Chef / Kitchen Manager with strong knowledge of Indian cuisine to lead our kitchen team.



Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations



Prepare and present authentic Indian dishes to a high standard



Menu planning, food costing, and stock control



Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards



Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff



Minimise waste and ensure consistency in quality



Requirements:



Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager



Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine (regional dishes a plus)



Ability to manage a busy kitchen environment



Good leadership and organisational skills



Knowledge of UK food safety regulations



Right to work in the UK
