The Humber Royal Hotel, is looking to appoint a Head Chef with experience within the hospitality industry catering for both hotel restaurants and large functions. You will be working alongside the General Manager and the senior management team to take the hotels restaurant to it's next level and put the Humber Royal on the map.
You will have skill and flair in devising menus for the restaurant alongside its busy function room and catering space. You will also be full conversant with food safety and kitchen management. Encouraging junior members of the kitchen team to reach their full potential.
